Our Founder
I always wanted to start something where Poor patients can afford in the field of Medicine - Mr.Karthik Gowda.K entrepreneur, Mr.Karthik Gowda's passion for drug Marketing and his pioneering contributions to making medicines affordable are legendary.
Born in Mysuru district of Karnataka, India,
He pursued a MSO at the University of Delhi. He then worked for Thirteen years at Marketing in Top Indian Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Companies like Panacea, Dr.Reddys, Wockhardt, where his entrepreneurial ambitions were fired. In 2014 he Started Kargsin Healthcare Pvt Ltd with Nutritional division and now company focusing on segment like
Anti Hypertension, Cardiac ,
Anti diabetic,Nutrition.

They must abide by the policies and procedures that govern the conduct of the Company's business. Their responsibilities include helping to create and maintain a culture of high ethical standards and commitment to compliance, and to maintain a work environment that encourages the stakeholders to raise concerns to the attention of the management.
This Code is intended to focus the attention of each of the Directors / Senior Management and other Employees of Kargsin on areas of conflicts, provide guidance relating to handling of ethical issues, provide mechanism to report potential conflicts or unethical conduct and help foster a culture of honesty & accountability. The Company respects the local, state and national laws in the countries in which it operates. This Code of Conduct will be administered in accordance with those local, state and national laws. Each Director/ Senior Management and Employee of the Company is expected to comply with the letter and spirit of this Code.

Any graduate, with 4-5 years of experience as a Territory Manager and 2 years of experience as an ASM.Individuals with ability to drive results through processes and people, basic understanding of Indian pharmaceutical industry and business Good verbal and written communication skills; good learner and coach with problem solving attitude.

Science graduate, preferably MBA; with at least 3 years of experience as an RSM in specific area of speciality in any other pharmaceutical company, or at least 4-5 years of experience as an ASM , Resourceful individuals with leadership qualities; able to drive performance in teams through inter-personal skills and processes.Very good verbal and written communication skills, effective leadership and good coaching abilities, problem identifying and solving ars of experience in Indian Pharmaceutical industry; with experience of launching at least one product.Must possess in-depth understanding of Indian Pharmaceutical Industry, diseases and relevant therapies and therapeutic areas, scientific product knowledge as well as a deep understanding of marketing
